The papers unfortunately got the name of the breed wrong, and we do hope no actual Husky breeders in the area were affected. Utonagan are not usually very noisy, but when so many are being kept and bred in a confined space, there was bound to be a racket ... not to mention the distress the dogs must have been in to be 'creating' like that.
